How we calculate tiers
Tiers in this list are calculated relative to the current meta. S-tier characters sit well above the average win rate with strong sample sizes, A-tier are comfortably above average, B-tier are balanced, and C or D-tier sit below average. Sample size matters, so a hero with a 60% win rate across 50 matches will not outrank a hero at 54% across 5,000 matches.
