12-29-2025 UpdateEvery Buff, Nerf & Balance Change

The 12-29-2025 Update update went live on January 21, 2026 (3 months ago) and brings 13 hero adjustments, 2 item changes and 9 general gameplay changes across the Deadlock balance sheet. Grey Talon and Kelvin are the biggest winners of this patch with straight buffs to their kit, while Billy and Lady Geist take the hardest nerfs, while 6 other heroes got mixed adjustments that could shift their power curve in either direction. On the item side, Toxic Bullets and Kinetic Dash got nerfed and may drop out of core slots.
