01-30-2026 UpdateEvery Buff, Nerf & Balance Change

The 01-30-2026 Update update went live on February 17, 2026 (2 months ago) and brings 28 hero adjustments, 39 item changes and 20 general gameplay changes across the Deadlock balance sheet. Grey Talon and Holliday are the biggest winners of this patch with straight buffs to their kit, while Shiv and Paige take the hardest nerfs, while 16 other heroes got mixed adjustments that could shift their power curve in either direction. On the item side, Kinetic Dash and Melee Lifesteal got buffed and will likely show up in more builds this patch, while Intensifying Magazine and Hollow Point got nerfed and may drop out of core slots.
