The 03-21-2026 Update update went live on March 21, 2026 (1 month ago) and brings 21 hero adjustments, 31 item changes and 8 general gameplay changes across the Deadlock balance sheet. Apollo and Infernus are the biggest winners of this patch with straight buffs to their kit, while Calico takes the hardest nerfs, while 18 other heroes got mixed adjustments that could shift their power curve in either direction. On the item side, Weighted Shots and Enchanter's Emblem got buffed and will likely show up in more builds this patch, while Greater Expansion and Guardian Ward got nerfed and may drop out of core slots.
