11-21-2025 UpdateEvery Buff, Nerf & Balance Change

The 11-21-2025 Update update went live on December 4, 2025 (4 months ago) and brings 28 hero adjustments, 42 item changes and 62 general gameplay changes across the Deadlock balance sheet. Lash and Abrams are the biggest winners of this patch with straight buffs to their kit, while Holliday and Infernus take the hardest nerfs, while 15 other heroes got mixed adjustments that could shift their power curve in either direction. On the item side, Enchanter's Emblem and Compress Cooldown got buffed and will likely show up in more builds this patch, while Headshot Booster and Split Shot got nerfed and may drop out of core slots.
