The 04-10-2026 Update update went live on April 11, 2026 (1 week ago) and brings 19 hero adjustments, 16 item changes and 5 general gameplay changes across the Deadlock balance sheet. Paradox and McGinnis are the biggest winners of this patch with straight buffs to their kit, while Mirage and The Doorman take the hardest nerfs, while 12 other heroes got mixed adjustments that could shift their power curve in either direction. On the item side, Titanic Magazine and Express Shot got buffed and will likely show up in more builds this patch, while Recharging Rush and Golden Goose Egg got nerfed and may drop out of core slots.
