A new New York
The whole city was rebuilt. Four districts now sit between the lanes, every camp is a Haunt camp, and there is new stuff to break, eat and hide in. Point at a row to find it on the map.

The old neutrals are gone. 40 camps now spawn 9 families of Haunts, each tied to its part of town. Eye colour tells the tier: teal I, yellow II, red III.
A temporary merchant who trades your high-tier items for Corrupted versions: 30 weapon, 31 vitality and 29 spirit items, each stronger than the original.
Every Corrupted item carries a random drawback from a fixed pool, like lower resists, less healing or longer cooldowns. Everyone in the match gets the same rolls.

When do the new Deadlock heroes come out?
The first of the six new heroes arrives on October 2, 2026. After that two heroes release each week, on Tuesdays and Fridays at 2 PM Pacific Time, in the order players vote for.

Nurse Harrow, Deadman Danny, Baba, Solomon, Rat King and Violet.
What are Haunts in Deadlock?
Haunts replace the old neutral camps. The rebuilt map has 40 Haunt camps with nine families, such as Gutter Ghouls, Underhands and Stage Hands. Their tier sets health, damage and souls.
What is the Broker in Deadlock?
The Broker is a temporary merchant who trades high-tier items for stronger Corrupted versions with a random drawback. His first stock arrives around the 30 minute mark and he leaves once the first new hero is out.
What changed on the Deadlock map?
New York was rebuilt with four new districts between the lanes (Theater, Chinatown, Haunted Lot and Plaza), a Bell Tower, tough crates that need a heavy melee, healing snacks and steam vents that hide you. Speed pads were removed.
