Surge build focused on move speed and hybrid damage. Main build is surge + ball but AP order is very flexible I've been using this build for like a year now and it's how I got to eternus. Very Fundies focused. HEAVILY based on Burgercat's build. Thanks for making such an easy to understand and effective build
