Bolts are a very strong projectile. Play aggressive if you are winning your lane. Hit your 4.8k Spike. Get some kills then get Health Spike. Max Bolt and Save for Boundless. Then Your Utility Items like Duration and Expansion (can get earlier if missing). You Do INSANE DMG NOW, Slam Walkers and Ult. Spirit Burn is a game ender. - COOLDOWN IS VERY GOOD + MYSTIC SLOW
