Description

Nobody is safe in the middle of a Thunderstorm. Three stuns, mass aoe debuffs, and damage that decides fights. This build is greedy; just hold your side lane, take smallers camps and boxes. When you don't have Storm Cloud, you're near AFK; just depush your lanes and keep your objectives alive. Echo Shard Stun helps with this later, but is really more of a combo item for your ult.

At base, Seven has one of the best guns for killing creeps/pushing/doing damage and high regen. Abuse that with Monster Rounds to shove wave as hard as you can and take guardian ASAP3 items

The Oncoming Storm

Guardian should, realistically, already be dead by five to six minutes. You are now free to anchor your lane, let your duo roam, and kill waves, hit boxes, and kill camps. No, you do not need T3 Power Surge or T3 Lightning Ball to farm; let someone else take the T3 camps, hitting boxes is that much value. You are depushing waves and holding your lane as long as possible and ulting to join urn/nearby fights occasionally. 7 items

Storm

Early Unstoppable completely throws your opponents off and lets you absolutely murk a team with T3 ult. Your ult is apotheosis; kill them all. Radiant Regen will keep you alive.3 items

Thunder

You have the majority of the debuff items for your ult by this point. Seven ult does not need an immense amount of spirit; you already have a lot from Infuser, Healbane/Suppressor, and your levels/box runs. Now, we pivot a little; since we're already immortal in ult, we now add the Thunder and turn this build from evil to sadistic and cruel.7 items

Eye of the Storm

These you should get first. Plated Armor is entirely only to deal with Siphon; since you're high in the sky, and have 55% bullet resist, most of the damage you take will not be pure gun. Additionally, AP rounds won't matter with gun falloff range with being high in the sky.6 items

The Hurricane

Final touch items for incredibly late games. Refresher isn't very high priority, just for turbo late games.2 items
