Description
I'm not a fan of the builds which buy 4.8K gun because it feels shitty late game. Builds max 2 after power slash to ensure youre sticky on your target for consistent torment pulse procs and that procs radiant regen. GE is to make TP bigger but is also insane for your 2 and for your 3 to proc easier.
