Rapid Recharge Notes

Rapid Recharge + T3 dagger makes dagger have a 1s recharge time. You want to alt bind your dagger to right click (who needs to aim on vyper) so you can easily get into a rhythm of spamming your dagger. You want to continue to buffer your M1 between your daggers for max bullet uptime. Since dagger refund procs on NPCs too you want to really get into the mindset of this being an alt fire as opposed to an ability.0 items
