In order most of the time if you lack stacks get alc fire If you want more snipe get surge of power and remember stop at Spirt life steal and think about the game at this point do you have high stacks? Low stacks? Do you have a hyper carry really fed? Are you fed? Build what is going on not always L -> R5 items
