Description
(TWEAKED VERSION OF CELAMONS'S B-52 BOMBA) Literally the only build I do. Bomb and lifesteal centered, but I've taken the Weapon-Based items that people typically use and replaced them with more Ability-Centered items. This build is for if your Weapon Aim is too unreliable to warrant boosting with items.
