Description
I rarely buy Vortex, but sometimes the item pays off. For instance, if the enemy team has many characters with movement abilities and you don't have a support who can build it, it works quite well on Shiva—though you should only buy it after Mystic Reverb. If you want to get Vortex in the early game, pick up Slowing Hex instead of Mystic Vulnerability. Most importantly, remember that this is primarily a team-oriented item; it’s not great for 1v1s and will only pay off if you can execute it properly. GL!)
