Billy is a NOT just melee character [Annotations]

I think for now you'll always need to do at least some punching his abilities are simply to weak to run pure spirit , and his weapon requires close range :( When using Billy's ult you should try to follow up with 2 then 1 and if they dash away you can usually get a free light melee You can use 3 to reset 1 once 3 is tier 2! In my experience it takes a few games to get used to this character its not as simple as he has abilities that work well with melee damage ill just hold Q But he seems like alot of fun
