Description
Inspired by Infamous' build design. This is a build based around Melee, knives and tormented pulse to lay pressure thick on enemies, bleed them out and basically become a drain tank. Tormented Pulse and Superior Cooldown is goated with Shiv's rage, lifesteal and spirit scaling. If you don't like melee, just skip the melee items all together.
