I am the creator of the base build, which is an iterative build inspired by and based off of TheEloThief's Headshot Haze. This build is a bit simplified and designed to mostly fit on one page to help my gf.

I often rush debuff remover soon after reducer, lean heavily on fleetfoot and DR. Buy all non actives most games and pick and choose between actives9 items

Always siphon first, potentially diviners before any gun upgrades, then silencer for ability canceling or lucky shot for crazy extra damage8 items
