Its not until late game would you really need afflict. So because of that, this build exists to focus on the best parts of pocket's abilities and items. By ignoring your ult you can focus more on outputting constant damage and map pressure with a lot better survivability. Only works if you have the game sense to play riskier than the rest of your team.
