This build is laughed and MOCKED by those who don't believe but I BELIEVE!!! That Merc Mag can't TRULY be that bad it can't be especially when it can give 200% MORE DAMAGE!!! But I suppose 0 x 200 is still 0 so... Also FUN FACT the bonus damage buff lasts until your next reload so you can effectively have infinite bonus damage
