[ Ⅰ ] : No more need to Cloak-deCloak for buff and we receive it much sooner, but in stats it got worse. [ Ⅱ ]: Also,「Ballistic Enchantment」got buffed and is strong with「Barrage」, especially if u max it. If u can land it consistently = RIP for enemies. [ Ⅲ ]: Ability order very flexible after investing 2 points in「Cloak」. I prio 1 point in「Satchel」, then 2 point in「Barrage」for CD, then max「Cloak」for better fighting & farm, then「Barrage」max, 'cause in this stage u have enough damage to make value out of damage amp. After it, do what needs to be done.「Affliction」T3 kinda broken VS heal, but「Satchel」T3 more strong against gun + for chasing people + for escape. [ Ⅳ ]: U can do instant reload if u press「Satchel」+「Reload」+「Cancel」.

Speech about「Split Shot」: [ Ⅰ ]: It helps us farm. We can hit multiple creeps at once. If we hit the right angle - it pierces through. [ Ⅱ ]: It helps us in 1v1 fight in terms of aim. We can stop worrying about horizontal aim if the target is mobile. [ Ⅲ ]: It helps us in any not 1v1 fights in terms of multi-hit. It's cheaper then「Ricochet」, +it can give us up to +60% gun dmg, even if there is only 2 enemy heroes and if u hit them 6 times before the active is gone. Gun dmg buff is longer than active multishot. [ Ⅳ ]: It's budget「APR」VS: Kelvin Ult, but only 1 side & McChungus Wall.
