dash shiv relies on t3 dash w/ full rage. t3 dash is probably one of the biggest spikes you will get here, followed by mystic reverb/boundless. focus on up close fights in veil(in lane), as that's where shiv really excels. there's not much things you can do to guarantee good dash dmg except baiting people in hallways; ABUSE LASH AND DYNAMO ULT!!!! (mirage tornado, wraith ult, they are your biggest ticket to damage if you're fighting outside. i hope deathy will some day see this and tell me how good i am at itemization.0 items
