Hybrid Sinclair - Prototype/Test

Description

Trying to push Sinclair into a gun-oriented pos. 2 but it's hard - figuring out here how I can get as close as possible without wasting most of their kit. Run this build if both: a) enemy ults are truly lame and you can get away with not speccing into Audience Participation b.) your team comp needs more damage and especially needs more gun damage
