Gun Shiv <!> WIP

Description

Shiv's gun does a lot of damage in close range, and is the playstyle I've always envisioned for the character. The main idea is to build mostly brusier while keeping your knives specifically for debuffs from items. Double dipping into both 2 and 3 allows you to have strong mobility as well as reliable tankiness for big fights. You'd be surprised how much damage you're able to shrug off with 3 when you have resistances on top of it.
