Roam, Farm and pick up boxes after laning phase to get Echo Shard as quickly as possible. It's your main damage spike. After that, aim to always be present for urn fights. Double Splatter can turn the fight if you can get a pick or someone low enough to leave or your carries to finish them off.7 items

Damage Focus

OptionalLean towards this route if your team is doing good. Get Mystic Vuln in place of Compress Cooldown and aim to get EE just before or after Spirit Burn3 items

Support Focus

OptionalLook to get Healing Booster after Tankbuster. Will help a lot if the other team is hard focusing a specific person on your team.4 items
