For sell order, its rusted barrel first, stalker, arcane surge, then whatever green item you get when you need slots, pretty much everything else is too important (mystic vuln if you don't upgrade it). Try to not buy defensive items until super late game. Delays your damage spikes too much and the extra survivability isn't always worth since it lets enemies survive combos more. Just learn to position a little more passively and path better. Takes a little to get used to it but you got it. After getting max ult and 1 or 2 purple 6ks (other than vortex), always be looking for a target to dive when your ult is off cd, unless you have large soul bag. Don't be an idiot like me and remember to grab a teammate any time you can to shorten your ult cd by a lot, give someone else a 20% damage amp, and a shield. You mostly want to grab your frontliners or carry heroes who can dish lots of damage out. Try to keep at least 1 charge of thorns available at any point so you can either use it in a fight or clear a camp/wave fast. Lastly, use stone form constantly if you're missing health and walking around on the map, its only 15 second cd so you should have it again by the time you need it for a combo.
