This build may be pretty good, but honestly Victor isn't like super-omega-evil Thanos any more. He's still a drain tank demon, but in the new meta and patches they simply INSIST on nerfing him with every single patch. I mean, I'm glad we're not like Kelvin or something with removing a singular bullet or reducing our attack damage by 0.1 damage and 0.1 scaling. Shoutout ZZZerial or synergyexe, they're the reason I stuck with this character and the reason I got so into breaking down the math and being super optimal with Victor. I fully believe Victor is the most mathematically complex character in this game and it brings me great joy to get 74k souls at 41 minutes in then go 11/4/28 and be the reason the game is won. Glory to Victorstania, praise be Sloplock Nation, shoutout Judeau my goat. And yes, I DID write all this just so the build didn't look weird and ugly.
