OptionalCDR, Boundless, and Healing Tempo are core items, under no circumstances should you be skipping those, this is a support build after all. Radiant and Mystic Reverb allow you to use nades for your team or offensively, just throw nade at a team fight and boom youre healing for big numbers. Witchmail is great for just constant nades, and with high health provided by colossus it makes you a hard target to kill. If youre getting bursted to quickly or they have little to no spirit damage, consider taking a different defensive item. Radiant can be swapped out for either an actual support item as needed, but the extra health is just so good. For the more health item category, consider selling enchanters for scourge as you get a lot of spirit resist and extra health and just free damage,or alternatively diviners for stronger domes, or cheat death for practical immortality. 0 items
