Description

DO NOT USE IN REAL GAMES This "build" is just the most health I could get on one character without adding spirit, bullet melee or debuff resists, and also without plated armor because that is basically bullet resist. Designed for raw DPS tests in sandbox.

Tip:

For even higher health, type "citadel_item_purchases_force_enhanced true" in the console (f7 by default), but without the quotation marks, in order to make all the items you buy enhanced and give EVEN MORE HEALTH. Use the same command but type "false" instead of true to disable them.0 items
