L -> R is optimal, but not required. Aim for the head, stun them like crazy, and ONLY Ult when you can hit multiple targets. Use your 3 in every single fight, and you can use it to help you farm up fast! Your job as Seven is to get fed and help win the game in the end, don't take too many early fights! You want to use your Ult to help secure objectives/lock an area down (they will try to stun you out of it if they are smart).11 items
