Description
Ice Beam and Nades to chunk enemies and sustain yourself. Build lacks Bullet Resist, so buy other items if needed. Build already has tons of Spirit Resist so you can focus on getting the late options if the enemy doesn't have Gun threats. Kelvin has enough healing on his grenade that its better to power it up and get cooldown than getting tons of healing items.
