(My Highdocker Manifesto) I.E how to play warden

To play my warden build is quite simple and does not take a lot of brain power to perfect. The difference between my build and other builds is the build order. IN THE EARLY GAME YOU WANT TO FARM FARM FARM AND HIDE. The worst thing you can do on warden is not farm and die (ofc for anybody) but specifically on warden, you want to hit your power spike ASAP. This can be done in a pleathora of ways but if they are running you down but allowing you to get free kills, you hit your power spike earlier. The most important thing to know is if your screen is gray that means less souls for you. I often take lots of damage early, so i try to run boxs as much as possible to hopefully regen, if you do not take damage, keep pushing lane hard. Warden thrives off of people being scared to fight you.0 items

Early Game, YOU RELY ON MURDER.

Get Monster Rounds asap, wardens farm is abysmal without MR. Second you want Mystic Expansion, you might be thinking, really second item? yes, even if you do not have cage unlocked it is still good to get because warden is one of two characters in the game where his firerate scales with spirit power. Mystic expansion allows you to get your first kill, no one expects your cage range to be the entire lane early game so this allows you to get fed. if you and your laner are able to capitalize off of this first cage, it only allows you to snowball harder. Next is QSR, qsr is one of if not the best item on warden early because not only does it do all the random shit it does, like give u fire rate, we dont care about that (well we do but not for this purpose), it reloads your mag. That alone makes warden unstoppable. With one point into cage early, cage gives you 20% bullet damage towards enemies who are cc'd by it, with this in mind, you gun them down, throw your flask to reload, gun them down more.0 items

Early -> Mid Game

This part of the game matters a lot and takes some experience on warden to get a grasp of what youre supposed to do (but also not really?). In my humble opinion I almost always ignore what my team is doing during this time. The goal is to get fed, not rely on your team. It doesn't matter if you started in a side lane or not, during this time (around after 10-15 min), you need to get your ass to any side lane and hog it like the greedy mf you are. You let the enemy wave push into you. During that time you are farming jungle and getting boxes. Oh and look at that! Two juicy minion waves for you to farm. During this time of the mid game you are quite vulnerable for the simple fact that if you are not ahead by a lot and the enemy team decides they do not like you that match, and decide to jump you, your escape options are so unbelieveably limited. So what do you do if this is happening to you? HIDE, BE SCARED, AND FARM. This also depends if youre team is competent or not. If your team decides to match the enemies jumping you, you'll likely win the fight, if they dont decide to help you? You must run and sit under walker. Remember, what matters most is that your screen is not gray, any souls are good souls.0 items

Mid -> Late Game

By this time you should have all of your FIRST L->R Box completed w/ some resist items bought. You should be using fleetfoot and your Willpower to run around the map like a maniac. Warden becomes super speedy once he has Trophy Collector (or Enduring Speed), one point into Willpower, and Fleetfoot. You should be racing around the map to find any players that are willing to 1v1 you. You are multitasking a bunch of things so this allows Warden to be the best ADHD character, run around farm a little, ou sinners is up! Farm a little some more, oh wait?? Is that a one shot paige running for her life? KILL. Often times Warden gets it out the mud himself, being one of the best 1v1 characters because once your cage is maxed, they are constantly silenced and cant do anything but pray. Playing off of what your team is doing is necessary for successs. You see 3 of your teammates pushing Green lane while you are on Yellow alone? PUSH YELLOW. Why not play with your team you might ask? Because you're the goat. But in all honestly in that situation, the enemy team will likely rotate to your teammates right? And whether or not your team wins that teamfight is not in your hands, what you're focused on is applying COUNTER PRESSURE. I cannot stress this enough, if you are playing a Hard-Carry hero, and you have more souls than the enemy, they are shitting their pants, and if there are no doodoo stains? You punish them. People dont realize your fed until its too late and they are in your cage with 1 HP.0 items

Late Game (30+ min)

You are Exodia. You are Unstoppable. You are... wait is that Mo, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Yea so late game is a toss up for you if you do not know how to build counter items. If you do, its a breeze. The main main thing you fear on warden is CC. Although you can always run away using your fleetfoot willpower combo, i still shit my pants when i see Mo. I personally think Juggernaut is necessary, when most do not. Jugg allows you to do bullshit plays and get out with your life. With experience you learn how to build counter items, for example, i hate shiv. so how do you counter a team comp comprised of Shiv, Silver, Abrams, Victor, ext.? INHIBITOR. Thats merely just an example but u get that point right? I hope. They have lots of health and just run away cuz u cant finish them off? Siphon Bullets! Maybe they arent CC'ing you so much but are actually doing so much damage even when you are fed? Colossus! Maybe you are almost getting out with your life but just need that extra mobility to run? Stamina Mastery! When the game gets this deep its more about your personal play time that allows you to pull through with the win over what the team comps are.0 items

Conclusion of My Manifesto

Warden is broken and i love using the 50 cent skin. I love when many men starts playing as i jump off of a building and see that rat of a character Rem begging for his life as i pummel his family's lineage. In all honesty Warden is hard to play for maybe your first couple of games on him. If you learn how to work around how fat he is with no Vitality Investment (Sprint Boots), you will start to learn he is one of the most broken gun carries other than Wraith (we hate wraith). Warden does not take a lot of movement to understand but once you learn movement it feels like he is all across the map all at once. I hope you enjoyed reading this bullshit of a manifesto and learn how to run it down as warden without trolling your teammates (trust me i thats my main goal in life is to run it down in troll). TO CONCLUDE. You act like a baby early game, farm and hide, then once you power spike, you make them run for the hills0 items
