War criminal build

I made this build based on my experience playing with McGinnis. This build focuses around you helping your team with spamming turrets and heals. This can be useful for very new players, and also for some goofballs, like me, out there. Some of the items can be a little situational, but it really depends on your play-style. Turrets and Gun got kinda nerfed, but they still can get annoying from mid to late game. And gun is still good, even after the nerf. If you can, rush buy Siphon Bullets+Healing Tempo aft
