Preparation for the Climb (Laning)

So, you want to be an adventurer (ritualist), huh? Want to feel the bitter cold of the highest mountaintops (get the blessing of the patron), yet your climbing buddies (teammates) keep stopping and such (dying) due to cuts and gashes (holes in their flesh) from the sharp icicles (bullets) that cover the entire mountain (come out of the enemies' firearms)? Why not take some lessons in wound care, with your frosty (dangerous) teacher, Kelvin!

Lesson One: Sealing Wounds with Ice. Your goal on this expedition (ritual) should be to make it out alive, but to also support your climbing buddies (teammates) as much as possible! A surefire way to do that is by tending to their wounds (healing them) while on the expedition (in the ritual)! Whenever Kelvin goes on his expeditions, he always brings a couple of things he likes to call "Frost Packs" (Frost Grenades). These help him seal wounds using the ice stored within them, stopping the bleeding, and making sure there's enough time to get to a safe point (out of battle) to fully tend to the wound (heal an ally). Sometimes, there's not enough time to get to a safe spot, so then, you'll need to improvise, and bandage them up quickly (heal them in battle)!

Lesson Two: Dealing with Animals (enemies). On the climb (during the ritual), you may encounter wild animals (you WILL encounter enemies). Even if they look cute (Not many enemies will), they are dangerous, and you must either avoid them entirely (run away using Ice Path (2)), or take them out yourself if they prove to be a threat (enemies always will)! Kelvin personally uses things to slow them down, such as bear traps or, in dire situations, his freeze ray (Arctic Beam (3)). If they are incapacitated, it will be easier for him or his climbing buddies (teammates) to kill them, and also makes for good cooked meat around a campfire (I got no analogy for this)!

Finally, you should always make sure that your climbing buddies (teammates) have ample room to do their own thing. You don't want to overwhelm them with a lot of orders, even if it may seem like you are the one doing the best. You should ALSO remember that every climb (match) is not the same, and that you MUST consider your options of either taking more for Wound Care (support) or dealing with animals (Killing enemies)! Taking shelter (using Frozen Shelter (4)) can also be a wise decision in a pinch, but you need to make sure that the time is right! You do not want to doom your fate for either you or your climbing mates (allies).
