Early game powerspike on Rapid Recharge, followed by lvl 3 barrel. Around the 5k-15k soul range Holliday is a complete menace and your goal is to get a kill everytime Lasso is off cooldown. No matter if you're winning or losing lane, you must roam. Make sure you're pushing your wave out fast before roaming and communicating with your lane partner. Mid game you should be playing around the middle of the map looking for picks with lasso as it comes of CD. Ideally you should be leaving farm for your carries however if you've gone lvl 3 crackshot you can farm up in attempt to carry late game teamfights with a gun focus.0 items

Late game you should understand your role in this game and you should be focusing on building Utility or Gun. You have one of the best pick potentials in the entire game as Holliday, and can easily solo win games if you pick out one of their carries as the initiation of the fight.
