Early Core

Hit Spirit spike in lane (VERY EASY). Extra health is great for roaming. Get Grit earlier if they have lots of burst damage (i.e. Bebop bomb, Apollo, Yamato) remember to time it well.8 items

I almost always upgrade Grit into Reactive into Indom later, but into any other shielding is also great.3 items

Mid Core

Once you start roaming remember to leave Tier 1 camps in case you need to heal from a fight (You heal A LOT). Dispel is for sure best item mid game for any CC.6 items

OptionalCounterspell is great 70% of the time. Focus Lens is great for shutting down carries in team fights.4 items

Late Core

E-Shift is like best item for Mina. TC is great to spam ults in team fights. Get Indom if they have CC for you.4 items
