Description
hybrid tanky billy choose either 1) heavy spirit investment (improved+cooldown, later boundless) + needed tanky items *** Spirit is good in part because health gained on 3 scales off of spirit - this makes you quite tanky if you brawl in fights; burst is good too, but you have good prolonged damage with cooldowns and recharge *** 2) gun investment (escalating+heroic+weighted/hunter's/etc) + needed tanky items ** gun is probably the better build, billy's gun is very good**
