I highly recommend you do, as it will explain a lot of stuff that may or may not be confusing to you! I also recommend that you read each annotation for each item, just in case you are at all confused as to WHY they are in the build, or when to sell them.

Warden. A man who prepared for the worst when magic was discovered, but didn't prepare enough. With his high resists using Last Stand, and the barrier provided by Willpower, you will stand against many, and come out the other side with your life barely touched. His Binding Word locks them down for an easy pick, and his Alchemical Flask breaks down their weapons, so their bullets barely do anything. Combining these, he stands resolute, and with his Determination... he is unbreakable.

Your focus should be staying alive, taking the focus away from your team, all while lowering their damage and move speed using Alchemical Flask (1), while also immobilizing them using your Binding Word (3). Your Willpower (2) should be used to engage into fights, or used to move faster in the heat of the moment. When max level, your Willpower will have a lot of spirit scaling, and therefore, will give you a lot of barrier when used. Combine this with the resists provided by Last Stand (4), and you will be nigh on unkillable. Better yet, get good gun items, alongside Vampiric Burst or Leech, and your sustain will be incredible. Just make sure you pull back when you get low... you aren't invincible.

Your second focus should be to deal damage and/or disable them using Alchemical Flask (1) and Binding Word (3). If you want to do more damage, then grab a lot of gun items. If you want to disable them further, then grab items to debuff them, such as Capacitor, Silencer, Siphon Bullets, or Inhibitor. As long as you manage your health and ammo well, as well as make sure your teammates are okay, you should be fine.

Laning as Warden is difficult, especially if you don't have a good laning partner/difficult lane opponents. Play it safe, play it careful, and you should be okay. Play with your team, try to disable enemies that are an issue, and play as a tank, not a carry. If everything goes well, you will be really great at staying alive more than anything.
