Description

A (very packed) build for Seven, that focuses on his Power Surge and Gun, while also leaving room for pivoting towards Storm Cloud late game. Also includes things for new players that will help you understand how to do certain things! Alert: You need to be able to critically think on what items to get in this build. It isn't solely a L->R build.

This transitional phase between Mid Game and Late Game is really weird, as you'll be scrounging for souls for your Late Game gear, all while trying to defend the Walkers. As long as you stay cautious, and make sure you don't get caught out in the open, you should be fine.

Counterbuy Options

OptionalYou really shouldn't HAVE to buy many of these, likely just one or two based on the "issues" on the enemy team. If things are especially dire, though, you'll need to buy more to counter. Some counter items can be found in the "Supplement Upgrades" section.6 items

Last Update: August 31st. Swapped around Quicksilver, and re-added Surge of Power, because I realized that, despite Quicksilver being good... it only procs on the first lightning proc of the surge usage. Pretty bad, if you ask me.

Yapping for Early Phase

At this stage, you'll want to stay careful, as your Power Surge (3) doesn't do much damage until after you get your spikes. You'll want to rush Cultist when T3 camps open up. My recommended order is as follows [Extra Regen > Monster Rounds > Extra Spirit > Mystic Expansion/Extra Charge > Quicksilver > Mystic Vuln > Cultist Sacrifice > Improved Spirit > Duration Extender]. After this order, you should focus on getting things to supplement the early game and make your life a helluva lot easier. If you are fighting a lot, I would suggest looking at Mystic Regen and Radiant Regen for regen from spirit damage, or if you are having trouble living, then Extra Health and Fortitude may be good to grab. Seven is one of THE BEST characters for farming, and can take care of entire T3 camps with ease using Lightning Ball (1) and Power Surge (3). USE THIS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE!! Wipe the camps on your side while also paying attention to the map to see where you are needed; you are one of the damage dealers on the team, after all. You should be behind the tanks. REMEMBER TO GET YOUR COUNTERBUYS IF NEEDED!! YOU CANNOT JUST GO L>R EVERY MATCH!0 items

Yapping for Mid Phase

At this stage in the game you'll want to start farming HARD, just to be certain you don't fall behind. When you are behind as Seven, is is extremely hard to win fights, so you need to be careful and stay ahead of the game on your farming. Use your Cultist Sacrifice on exclusively T3 camp minions to maximize the amount of souls you get from it, and use the damage increase from it to your advantage to farm even more, even harder. It's crucial that you stay ahead of the curve, because again, if you fall behind, you'll practically be a wet napkin in terms of your raw damage output and power. You should also be *thinking ahead*, as your Tier 4s are going to be the pinnacle of your power and how your deal with fights. Looking to get Infuser or Unstoppable? Grab Transcendent Cooldown before or after to reduce the cooldowns on them. Almost every game you play with Seven, you should play almost like chess, as you'll need to not only worry about whats happening then and there, but also worry about what MIGHT happen in the future if you don't prepare enough. Always plan for the now, and always plan AHEAD, so that you'll always be ready when people start to counterbuy you, or worse, roll you and your team.0 items

Yapping for Late Phase

The final stage of the game. It's either going to be a really tough fight, or you're getting rolled, but there is still time to sway the battles- and the entire match- in your favor. Get the things that will matter the most in fights; things that will truly cement your place as a REAL threat to the enemy team and their offensive. Things like antiheal (Spirit Burn, Crippling Headshot, Inhibitor), survivability (Witchmail, Inhibitor, Plated Armor, Silencer), or just raw POWER to mow them down quicker (Spellslinger, Siphon Bullets, Mercurial Magnum, Escalating Exposure), and you'll be set. Don't be afraid to get a second item from the choice of four next to the Late Phase section if you need one! The ones I usually pick up are Infuser and Spiritual Overflow, but the other ones can be good too in specific situaitons.0 items
