Description
Twitch.tv/Elendilli (rare streams) Cheat Death is the core of this build. It allows you to play up/aggressive on the enemy, especially carries and once it procs assess whether you can back off to save your life or keep fighting / making enemies overcommit. Combined with Toxic/Inhib/Sup.Duration, (works on Cheat Death too) you can literally ruin enemy carry players game.
