Early Game - depending on lane get resto shot but if lane is going good get lifesteal. if lane is still going good get stalker, during mid get berserk and hunters keep them until you start to snowball. I usually keep them for 90% of the game

Mid Game - My order for late game is situational. But I do have it L-R for most important exept for phan strike. Get it whenever they are starting to get away from you (like damn slowing hex)
