Description

No categories as you can't check in brawl. Pick by rank. Descend as the light of the full moon, utilising spirit to make your marks regret leaving the safety of their homes. Cripple your enemies and enable allies to sweep through in the wake of your Lycan Form as you shrug off the futile CC of routed enemies. While it may feel right to be a brawler like Abrams or Billy, you're often more interested in short trades where you dump your cooldowns and run away, at least until you can proc wolf faster. Preserve enough hp to always be able to punish people and you'll do better when an opportunity presents itself.

I feel as though with the changes, Silver is considerably more spirit weighted than she used to be. Boot kick is huge damage and Lycan progress with spirit investment, as well as it doubling as fire rate for Lycan. Getting Tankbuster asap ensures you can transform on a dime with a good combo.

Shred is very important for Silver, perhaps even more so than direct gun damage, as she has multiple sources of %hp damage in her kit that benefit disproportionately from shred. I tend to focus on more Spirit and HP investment with DBR and shred-focused gun items.

The value of Tankbuster, Arctic Blast, and Torment Pulse cannot be understated in making your Lycan transfomations free. Make sure you always have an item like Arctic, Warp Stone, and/or Phantom Strike to burn enemy escape tools before you leap as it's vital to hit for the shred and DoT.

Light melee attacks are very hard to read and punish while youre clawing in Lycan, just really assess how smart each enemy is in terms of parrying before you start throwing hands as your bite will proc items like Spirit Snatch and Lifestrike without risk. I'd worry about this weaving more in the early game before you have the spirit/fire rate investment in Lycan to make the risk worth it.

Remember that you can redirect which way you kick off with Boot Kick to move an enemy a little closer to your team, or to kick yourself upwards to make you harder to track and punish.

Boot Kick is also able to interrupt certain enemy abilities that can be a colossal pain in the ass e.g. Infernus dash. Being able to consistently punish a dash Infernus and prevent them from wiping your waves out can ease an exceptional amount of pressure and leave him vulnerable to not being able to escape due to Bola.

It can be upsetting to feel as though you've wasted Lycan as the cooldown is so long, but it's much more valuable to be alive and be a threat with your Bola and Kick than it is to force a bad fight just to get use out of Lycan. It'll come off CD, I promise.

Conversely... The right play is sometimes to force your transformation and use the threat in hopes to get the enemy team to focus on you instead of your objectives, giving your allies time to clear the wave and respawn even if you'll die for it. Silver has an exceptional capacity to take aggro like this, especially with Kevlar.

Remember that you can press 4 during the Lycan transformation to force it to go through faster and get your hp and cds up faster.

All of your human form abilities actually carry over into Lycan: Bola debuff doesn't expire, Boot Kick's proc remains to be used, and Slam Fire's fire rate and damage stays for your first three swipes. Try to use up all of your human CDs when you transform as they're free anyway and back when you go back (same applies in reverse to Lycan CDs.
