yeah im a gooner or whatever heres my mina hybrid build so you can actually kill people :) I dont bother with arctic blast, you get extra damage from toxic and whatnot. spirit burn and spiritual overflow are priority t4s (boundless is good ofc but spiritual overflow just does so much for you).
