03/06/2026 patch made turret mcginnis alot better, so spirit rushing and being a late game ult bot is alot more comfortable (and strong) to the point that they already slightly nerfed her ult

you're an ult bot with turrets, your end goal is to rush ult and play team fights like the biggest annoyance in the lobby no questions asked, early game you wanna rush mystic slow BEFORE you get ult, as that helps you get value by trapping people in your ult, order is mostly irrelevant, flex category is for supportive items incase you want to enable a lane bully teammate, if you wanna continue down that path the items in this slot are for that purpose, late game rush lightning scroll because it does what mystic slow did for you early game but better, spirit burn does a MASSIVE increase to your aoe and is a HUGE heal reduction, high prio on that item, otherwise its mostly user descretion, building L-R works fine0 items
