FUNNEST KELVIN BUILD!!! Whole build is based around roaming as fast as possible as often as possible with your 2, healing and doing DPS. Late game with those def items mixed with ur speed it takes a whole team to kill you. Ur fast, tanky and do dmg (Not gonna be #1 dmg if your dps are doing their job, but usually equal dmg to healing) - Early try to use nade in a way that heals u and does dmg to enemy, save stam and dash out
