Graves is an off support / sudo frontline character. Your main goal is to fill in the gaps that are needed on your team. Her kit is really strong cc and debuff focused so grabbing more items that compliment that is very nice. Scourge feels like a must have in this current meta so I HIGHLY recommend grabbing it almost every game. Put it on yourself, other frontlines, carries that are getting active, or just however is getting focused in a fight.0 items
