Description
This build is heavily pivot into CC with Hotel Guest and Cart. Hotel Guest is insane during mid game, you could easily sending people to the Barroness 3 times with refresher and T3 Hotel Guest. Into the late game, we could pivot into sending people to the base if we're in unfortunate matches.
