Phantom strike killsteal no damage annoying test

1 stay away from any and all conflict unless 2 someone solo pushes, give them a jet2 holiday 3 we dont do damage stop fighting 4 (the bell is a lie dont bother) 5 someone has 0 health? swoop in and steal the kill 6 phantom strike ---> slowing hex ----> hotel guest -----> (if they solo you can refresh it and set up a door trap) ------> if its a team fight teleport away --------> throw bells at them you should by the end of the game have sub 10k damage but 10+ kills and no deaths, never ever overextend ever
