Description
Spam abilities! Do a lot of damage over time! The MOST objective damage! Slow and debilitate your enemies with every bullet! Throw a Slowing Hex at an enemy player if they try to run away and watch them get beat up by your friends! If they manage to escape? They'll probably just die anyway because of your damage over time! Low HP and stamina recovery, you say? Fret not! Upon field-testing of this build by New York occult scientists, they came to the conclusion that the enemy will be too afraid to touch you!
