Especially once it is maxxed as it makes your heavy melee attacks silence enemies. You have good sustain in lane from Ava. You can use Sekhmet's Spirit + Pounce to run from dangerous encounters! Make sure to buy active items for dealing with strong enemies! Always buy at least one anti-healing item. Every character in this game wants to heal and you should stop them from doing so.
